Returning Tickets

Tickets are non refundable. If you need to cancel a booking we can credit your Comedy Store account with the ticket price for you to re-use within 12 months of receipt. If you know the date you wish to change to then let our box office team know. We accept returns up until 5pm on the day of the performance unless we are sold out. If your ticket is resold for a sold out show we will issue ticket price as credit to the bookers account. Please note that we cannot guarantee the resale of your ticket.

Sold Out Performances

All 400 seats are available to purchase ahead of the day. When a performance sells out contact the box office to be added to the waiting list. If you do not hear from our box office before 5pm on the day of the show then unfortunately we haven’t had enough returns


Credit can be used for tickets, food and drink add-ons and merchandise through box office purchase only. Credit cannot be used in person at the bar and diner.

When shopping online you will see any available credit at the checkout page. Make sure you are using the same log in details as your original booking. If you’d like to know how much credit you have on your account then get in touch!

Booking Fees

We charge £2 per ticket. Booking fees apply to all telephone and web bookings


When concessions are available tickets will need to be collected from the Box Office and ID will need to be shown. For Student concessions we will need to see a current Student ID with expiry date. For NHS concessions we need to see an NHS ID card, Blue Light cards are not accepted.

Entry Requirements

In line with current government advice we do not require any proof of vaccination status, or a covid passport to gain entry, however we do encourage customers to wear a mask or face covering when moving around the venue and when they are not eating or drinking.
