Tony Hendrix
Tony started performing stand-up comedy in Kingston and in the hotels on the North Coast of Jamaica. Some people never realised that’s what he was doing, they simply thought he was having an epileptic fit.
He started writing articles in the Gleaner, phone numbers on toilet walls and messages to hookers on the back of cigarette packets. Some were more successful than others but his dermatologist has made a mint out of it.
His voice has been heard on JBC Radio tickling Funny Bones, on Irie FM tickling Irie Bones, on Hot 102 rounding up the Paleface Week in Review and on RJR screaming for help because he was locked in Studio Two and all he could hear was Francois, over and over and over and over and over, enough to send anyone mad.
