Sally Red Lip

Sally is an actor, writer and improviser living in London, England. She has been improvising for several years and has performed short-form and long-form in various guises including Harolds, Armandos, Bats, improvised musicals, murder mysteries, talk shows, genre shows and improvathons amongst others. As well as playing regularly in shows at the Free Association and Hoopla, Sally has appeared in Whose Line is it Anyway? Live, The International Improv Allstars (in the UK and abroad), with the Comedy Store Players and she regularly performs in Paul Merton and Suki Webster's Improv Show. As an actor Sally has appeared on BBC Radio 4, on screen in programmes such as Casualty, Doctors and Eastenders, and in various short films and features. On stage she has performed around the country in productions at The Manchester Royal Exchange, Sheffield Crucible, Theatre by the Lake, Norwich Theatre Royal, HOME, Plymouth Theatre Royal, Northern Stage, Queens Theatre Hornchurch, and Shakespeare North among others. Sally has written several short films, performance art pieces and plays, including a play which she co-wrote and starred in alongside fellow improviser Niall Ashdown. She's always thrilled to perform at the Comedy Store which she credits as having an enormous impact on her life and career.
