The important bits
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed against shows, comedy courses and food & drink add-ons, subject to availability. Any unused balance can be put towards another booking. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Redeem your Ticket Master Gift Voucher
Ticketmaster gift vouchers can only be redeemed on our events via this special link on Ticketmaster. Once you get there, follow the instructions and you'll be visiting us in no time!
Legacy vouchers and credit
We've recently switched our ticketing partner to Ticketmaster which brings many exciting opportunities and improved service. The old vouchers and unused credit weren't easily imported in to the new system.
But don't worry! We've got your back.
