Vouchers are valid for 12 months If the total balance of the voucher isn’t used in one go then the remaining balance will be available to them for another booking – It’ll simply show on the account they booked the tickets with

Legacy Vouchers and credit
We've recently switch our ticketing partner to Ticketmaster which brings many exciting opportunities and improved service, but unfortunately the old vouchers and unused credit weren't easily imported in to the new system.
But don't worry! We've got your back.
