Our ticketing partner
We have recently moved ticketing partners to Ticketmaster / Universe (September 2025). If you have any issues with your booking, with receiving your tickets, please start with their support pages, and then if need contact them directly.
Returning Tickets
Tickets are non refundable. If you need to cancel a booking we can switch your ticket to another show of the same value. If you know the date you wish to change to then let our box office team know. We accept returns up until 5pm on the day of the performance (1pm on matinee and afternoon shows) unless we are sold out.
Sold Out Performances
All 400 seats are available to purchase ahead of the day. If the show is sold out you can sign up to the waiting list on the Universe show page and they will contact you if tickets become available.
Existing outstanding Credit
Our previous ticketing partner had the facility to manage credit which could be used for tickets, food and drink add-ons and merchandise through box office purchase only. Credit cannot be used in person at the bar and diner. Our new partner doesn't have this facility. If you have outstanding credit please get in contact so we can book you on to a show. Your credit expiry date will stay the same.
Concessions
When concessions are available you'll need to bring your ID which will be checked on the door.. For Student concessions we will need to see a current Student ID with expiry date. For NHS concessions we need to see an NHS ID card, Blue Light cards are not accepted.
