The Raymond and Mr Timpkins Revue simply have to be seen to be believed. They are the without a doubt the maddest, silliest, stupidest, cleverest, strangest and everything else-ist as well as the funniest double act of comedians on the circuit.
The unlikely combination of mad nerdy uncle Mr Timpkins, complete with cycle helmet, glasses and dinner jacket, and beanie-hatted stupid mute nephew called (you've guessed it) Raymond. Continue in their quest to defy description, and to unflinchingly split infinitives wherever they go - and all set to a musical backbeat, sometimes performed on that long forgottten musical instrument The Stylophone.
Lyrics and catchphrases or misheard lines from rock anthems and pop classics are carved up and then served up in manic and insane style, inspired by much physical tomfoolery, a bucketful of ingenious props and a variety of printed signs not seen since Bob Dylan first taught us how to read on that video. In a mirth-filled cross between Catchphrase and Name That Tune, you are led by the funny bone through some of the greatest puns in musical and comic history, you will have trouble to hold on to your bladder as nothing is sacred from Robbie Williams, Queen, and the Blues Brothers to Oasis, Kula Shaker and REM and even Chariots of Fire. There's an absolute corking carve up of Corner shop that causes many a rib to break.
